The Fullsing Town Cross-border Data Service Industrial Base is a joint venture between the Longhua District Government and Fullsing Town Industrial Park. It focuses on specific areas within the digital trade industry, such as cross-border e-commerce, live streaming, gaming, data processing, film rendering, short dramas, and international digital transactions. The base aims to attract top-tier companies and talent, fostering a cross-border data industry ecosystem by integrating innovations and opening up application scenarios.

At the promotion event, seven companies, including Xingzhou Zhixing, Boluo MCN, and Lijin Yuansu, signed agreements to become the first companies to settle in the base. Strategic partnerships were also established with companies like China Telecom and Xiyingli Technology, which will provide services such as film rendering, cloud services for overseas expansion, and game distribution, further empowering the growth of the digital economy. Additionally, Yang Ziqiao, Deputy Director of the Digital Services Center of the Hong Kong Science Park, joined the event virtually for an exchange, while Yao Zhiguo, Deputy General Manager of Fullsing Town, explained policies related to the free trade port and cross-border data service industrial base.

The base has already facilitated the deployment of gaming products by overseas gaming companies, such as Yiyou Network and Longyuan Network, at China Telecom's offshore data center. Cross-border live streaming companies, such as Ninhao Media and Huicheng Bainian, have also begun pilot projects. Moreover, companies specializing in data processing, like Xingzhou Zhixing and DIFA, are actively engaged in digital bonded business. In the future, Fullsing Town Cross-border Data Service Industrial Base will create tailored project implementation plans under the "One Project, One Solution" model, introducing a series of special support policies, including subsidies for international communication computing facilities, rent reductions, and fund investments, to support resident companies.
