On the morning of September 16, Huatie Emergency and the Haikou Jiangdong New Area held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony along with the unveiling of the company's Hainan Regional Headquarters. Key figures attending the event included Luo Zengbin, a member of the Standing Committee of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Haikou Municipal Party Committee, Ma Yonghua, Party Secretary and Director-general of the Hainan Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and Ding Hui, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Haikou. Also present were Zhou Junping, Chairman of the Board of Hainan Development Holdings Co., Ltd., and other provincial and municipal leaders.
As Haikou Jiangdong New Area actively positions itself as a key display zone for the Hainan Free Trade Port, a hub for international modern service industries, and an essential base for industrial development, the partnership with Huatie Emergency aligns well with these goals. Huatie Emergency, a leading equipment leasing company in China, has Hainan Development Holdings Co.'s subsidiary as its largest shareholder. With its strategic alignment with Jiangdong New Area’s industrial focus, Huatie Emergency has already registered a company in the area and relocated its largest business segment to the new location. The unveiling of Huatie Emergency’s Hainan Regional Headquarters marks a significant step, leveraging the advantages of the Hainan Free Trade Port policies. The company plans to deepen cooperation with Jiangdong New Area, accelerate the implementation of additional business operations, expand its international market presence, and contribute to the growth of Haikou's production-oriented service industry. This partnership is expected to inject greater economic flow and incremental growth into the construction of the Free Trade Port.
At the ceremony, Huatie Emergency’s Hainan Regional Headquarters signed its first orders: a 100 million RMB aerial work platform project and a 50 million RMB smart computing equipment procurement.
The event was attended by Li Guohong, General Manager, Xiao Faxuan, Deputy Party Secretary of Hainan Development Holdings Co., Ltd., along with other city leaders, including Wang Yingcheng and Deng Lisong.
