The Jiangdong Smart Complex, a landmark project in Haikou, has recently been completed, adding a futuristic architectural gem to Jiangdong Avenue and further advancing the city’s vision for smart urban development.  

Developed by Junshi Company, a subsidiary of Haikou Industrial Investment Group, the project is located in the Jiangdong New Area’s Headquarters Economic Zone (Ecological CBD), adjacent to Jiangdong Avenue and the Haikou Financial Center. Spanning a total floor area of approximately 6,000 square meters and standing 24 meters tall, the complex features an innovative design inspired by the concept of a "Smart Cube." Its façade incorporates a dynamic lighting system and cloud-inspired patterns, creating a striking interplay of light, shadow, and technology. The open base integrates grassy slopes and covered walkways, forming a "park-like" ecological space.  

As a cornerstone of Jiangdong New Area’s "Smart Jiangdong" strategy, the complex focuses on nine key sectors: smart governance, energy, logistics, education, environmental protection, and more. It aims to serve as an integrated smart hub for data storage, command and dispatch operations, and public services.  

Upon operation, the facility will not only provide advanced office environments and development platforms for local enterprises but also attract high-tech companies and innovative teams, fostering talent concentration and industrial upgrading in the region.
