  • The employers or individual business owners submit application materials to the integrated platform of Hainan Province.

  • The district-level government service center accepts and examines the application (5 working days)

    1.One-time notification of missing information

    2.Denial of applications that do not meet the conditions

  • Approval (within 5 working days)

  • Closure (within 5 working days)

  • Disclosure (not less than 5 working days)

  • If there are no objections raised or if the objection is found to be invalid after public disclosure, the district-level human resources and social security bureau will transfer the subsidy funds to the account of the employer or individual business owner
