    1.One-time notification of missing information

    2.Denial of applications that do not meet the conditions

  • Approval on site for eligible talents: the Certificate of Permission to Settlement will be issued

  • The applicant goes back to his/her place of origin to obtain a Registration Certificate for Household Relocation

  • The applicant handles the settlement procedure with the Registration Certificate for Household Relocation and the Certificate of Permission to Settlement (the third copy) (the procedure is completed on the spot)
